The Pepperhills Homeowners Association assumed
control from the developer, Interwest Development, Inc. on November 25,
1998.
The officers and directors of the Association are responsibile for maintaining the common area and
enforcing the covenants -- our two main functions. We are attempting
to keep you informed of our efforts by posting minutes of all our
meetings on this site. Presently, the officers and directors
(executive committee) meet monthly on the first Thursday of the month.
