| Welcome to the Pepper Hills Homeowners Association's home on the Web. Most of the visitors to this site are probably current homeowners in Pepper Hills (members), checking here for information about the activity of your elected representatives. Others are prospective purchasers in the subdivision who may have been given this web address by a realtor. The purpose of this site is to provide information about our subdivision and the workings of the Association. We are proud of our subdivision and our homes and it is our purpose to maintain and improve our subdivision so that we can continue to enjoy our neighborhood and protect the value of our investments. |
