Association Dues for 2008

The dues are $190, payable now, with a grace period until March 1st. There is no semi-annual option.

Dues received after March 1, 2008 will be assessed a late charge equal to ten (10%) percent of the delinquent installment and shall accrue interest at eighteen (18%) percent per annum (in accordance with CC&R 9.7).

2008 Easter Egg Hunt

Annual Easter Egg hunt on Saturday, March 22nd at 10am. Fun for the family with the Egg Hunt open to kids 11 and under. Location: Peppermint Park.

2008 Annual Subdivision Yard Sale

The 2008 yard sale will take place on Saturday, June 14th. It will be advertised in the local paper that week. The Idaho Youth Ranch will again be around to pick up left-overs. Make sure any IYR items are labeled as such. Time: 8am to 1pm.

2008 Neighborhood Night Out

The Pepperhills participation in the National Neighborhood Night Out will take place on Tuesday, August 5th. Location: Peppermint Park.

Irrigation Water

Irrigation water is expected to be turned again in mid-April. If you have a dual system, please be sure to close the irrigation connection. Some sprinker blow-out companies have been leaving them open to prevent freezing, which is unnecessary if they have no water in them. The irrigation water will be late if any dual valve are allowing city water into the irrigation system.
As a reminder, homeowners with dual irrigation/city water systems need to take great care in avoiding cross contamination and unexpected backflow. All dual systems should have a backflow device that has been inspected and approved. Contact the Nampa Meridian Irrigation District for more information. Unexpected backflow is very expensive for the unwary homeowner because city water is wasted into the irrigation system.

Volunteers Needed
